Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Oreely, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Oreely. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Description of service

Oreely creates short-form clips from supported video links and uploads and offers a marketplace for businesses and user-generated content (UGC) creators. Output, processing time, and features may change as we improve the product. Source videos are limited to 1 hour 30 minutes and uploaded files to 500 MB.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Oreely to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, spam, or abuse the service, including excessive automated requests or attempts to circumvent usage limits. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

User content & third-party content

You’re responsible for the source links and files you submit. You must own the rights to that content, or have permission to use it, before submitting it to Oreely.

Oreely doesn’t review source material for copyright or licensing issues before processing. If a rights holder makes a valid claim against content you submitted, you’re responsible for it — not Oreely.

Businesses and creators are responsible for their gig descriptions, messages, submissions, and any rights needed to commission, use, or deliver a video. Do not upload someone else’s work without permission.

UGC marketplace & gigs

Creators need an introduction video to enable their UGC profile. They may hide themselves from the Creators list and still apply to open gigs. A creator can participate in only one active gig at a time.

Businesses can post a paid gig for applications or directly hire a creator at or above that creator’s listed fee. Direct hires begin when payment is confirmed. The business chooses the budget, video format, and time allowed for the first delivery; posted gigs start at ₦500. The business pays the full budget upfront through checkout or an eligible wallet balance.

The creator uploads work in the gig workspace. The business may approve the first submission or request changes. Each gig allows at most two reviews; the final review can only approve. The creator receives 80% of the agreed budget only when the business approves a delivery; Oreely retains 20%. Approval saves the video to the business’s clips history for download.

If no video has been uploaded by the first-delivery deadline, the business may end a hired gig and the full budget is returned to its Oreely wallet. After a video is uploaded, that no-delivery termination option is unavailable. Either party can submit a gig dispute to our team through the gig workspace.

When a gig is completed, each party may rate the other. An unsubmitted rating for a completed gig counts as five stars in displayed averages.

Wallets, earnings & withdrawals

Wallet money is separate from video-processing credits. UGC earnings, eligible referral commissions, and qualifying gig refunds are recorded in the wallet; credits cannot be withdrawn as cash. A business may use its available wallet balance to pay for a gig.

Withdrawals require a verified bank account and an available balance of at least ₦5,000 in Nigeria or the Naira equivalent of $5 elsewhere. Requests are reviewed and fulfilled manually; one pending request is allowed at a time. Payouts are recorded and made in Naira.

Referrals

Eligible referral rewards grant 10 video-processing credits to both the referrer and the referred user after the referred user’s first qualifying purchase. Eligible influencer referrals earn a 2% wallet commission on payments made by referred users. Referral credits and wallet commissions are different benefits and may be subject to fraud checks.

Subscriptions & billing

Oreely offers pay-as-you-go credit packs and Pro and Ultra plans with monthly or annual billing options. Annual pricing includes a 20% discount compared with twelve monthly payments. Prices and included credits are shown at checkout; payment is processed in Naira, while displayed prices may be converted for your location. Prices may change with advance notice.

Refunds

Subscription and credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Gig budgets follow the separate no-delivery wallet-refund rule above. If something went wrong with a charge or delivery, contact support@oreely.app or use the gig’s Dispute tab.

Termination

You can close your account through your account settings. We can suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or misusing the service. Closing an account does not erase records we must retain for payments, safety, or legal compliance.

Disclaimers

Oreely is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee specific earnings, views, gig opportunities, or platform performance from content you make or post.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oreely isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Oreely after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Creator earnings

Creators keep 80% of every UGC job — Oreely keeps 20%. Referral commissions pay 2% of what a referred user pays. All earnings go to your wallet, not your credits.
