What we collect
Account information such as your name, email address, and profile picture; the video links and files you submit for clipping; your saved preferences; and usage data such as pages visited, features used, device, and browser information.
If you use the UGC marketplace, we also collect creator profile details, rates, availability, introduction videos and thumbnails, gig descriptions, applications, delivered videos, messages, reviews, ratings, and disputes. If you use a wallet or request a payout, we process transaction records, your verified bank account details, and payout preferences.
How we use it
To run the service — process videos into clips, manage accounts, payments, credits and wallets, match businesses and creators, facilitate gig delivery and review, process payout requests, handle disputes, send important updates and optional notifications, prevent fraud, and improve Oreely.
Your chosen app language is saved on your device and remains selected even when you are signed out.
Marketplace visibility & sharing
Businesses can see the profiles, rates, ratings, and introduction videos of creators listed in the marketplace. Applicants’ introductions can be watched inside Oreely by the business considering them. Creators can hide their profile from the Creators list while continuing to apply to open gigs.
Gig participants can see their shared gig workspace, chat, submissions, reviews, and relevant project details. Approved videos are saved in the business’s clip history. Disputes submitted through a gig are sent to Oreely’s support team for review.
Videos & storage
Creator introduction videos are kept in private storage and played using short-lived access links. Gig deliveries and approved clips are stored to make review and later downloads possible. If you delete or replace content, some records may remain where needed for disputes, payment records, safety, or legal obligations.
Third-party processors
We share data with providers needed to operate Oreely, including sign-in, payment and bank-account verification, video processing, storage, analytics, email, and hosting services. They receive information needed for those services. Information you choose to share in marketplace profiles and gigs is also visible to the relevant marketplace participants as described above.
Data retention
We keep account and content data while your account is active. Closing an account initially deactivates and hides it rather than deleting all records immediately. Some payment, payout, gig, safety, and dispute records may be retained as needed for legal and operational obligations. Contact us to request deletion of eligible personal data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or opt out of certain sharing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children’s privacy
Oreely isn’t intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Security
We use industry-standard measures designed to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
